Please read these terms carefully before using Gulf Jobs.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of GulfJobs.com, operated by GulfJobs.com FZ-LLC ("Gulf Jobs", "we", "us"). By using our platform you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By using Gulf Jobs you represent that you meet this requirement. Employers must be legally registered businesses or organisations.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@gulfjobs.com if you suspect unauthorised access. Gulf Jobs reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Job Seeker Rules

  • You may only create one personal account.
  • All information in your profile and CV must be accurate and truthful.
  • You may not use Gulf Jobs for any commercial or recruiting purpose without employer account status.
  • You may not scrape, copy or redistribute job listings without our written permission.

4. Employer Rules

  • All job postings must be for genuine, lawful vacancies within your organisation.
  • Job postings must not require payment from candidates β€” Gulf Jobs strictly prohibits recruitment fee charging to job seekers.
  • You may not post misleading, discriminatory or fraudulent job listings.
  • CV and candidate data may only be used for the specific recruitment purpose for which it was accessed.
  • You must comply with all applicable UAE and GCC employment laws in your hiring practices.

5. Prohibited Content

You must not post, transmit or share content that:

  • Is false, misleading, defamatory or fraudulent
  • Violates any law or regulation
  • Infringes intellectual property rights
  • Contains malware, spam or harmful code
  • Discriminates on the basis of race, gender, religion, nationality, age or disability

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Gulf Jobs β€” including text, logos, designs, code and data β€” is owned by Gulf Jobs or its licensors and protected by UAE and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our express written consent.

7. Payments & Refunds

Employer subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Gulf Jobs reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

8. Disclaimers

Gulf Jobs is a marketplace connecting job seekers and employers. We do not guarantee employment, the accuracy of any job posting, or the suitability of any candidate. We are not responsible for the conduct of employers or job seekers beyond our platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Gulf Jobs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of our platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (Dubai jurisdiction). Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts, or DIFC Courts if applicable.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users by email for material changes. Continued use of Gulf Jobs after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
